Official start of the Wild Weeks

The time has come: Today the Wild Weeks start with us at Niederwald!

Look forward to autumnal delicacies, such as our porcini mushroom cream soup with venison ravioli, venison sausages with creamed savoy cabbage and boiled potatoes or an oven-warm apple strudel with vanilla ice cream! 😋

Everything you find on the plate in the Wild Weeks comes from the forests of the Rheingau from local hunters. 🦌 We get the meat from the butchery Bachs from Rüdesheim-Assmannshausen.
