Hygiene has a very high priority for us
Hygiene has always been a very high priority for us as a food processing company, even more so in these times. For this reason, we have been cleaning the restaurant "Am Niederwald" with the innovative air and room cleaning device from Hyla since September 2020.
Mulled wine No go
Due to the increasing number of infections, we want to set an example even before the expected hard lockdown and will immediately stop selling mulled wine "Am Niederwald" . For the time being, our company will remain completely closed until 10 January 2021.
GOOSE EATING
On 3 Advent weekends (Fri - Sun). From 4 persons on advance booking. 1 goose roasted whole, fresh from the oven, with homemade red cabbage, potato dumplings and stuffed baked apple 120,00 Euro.
OFYR WINTER CRICKETS
On 3 Advent weekends (Sat & Sun). Vintner mulled wine and other winter specialities round off our offer on the panorama terrace of the restaurant "Am Niederwald" Sufficient tiled blankets, hot drinks and warming Ofyr fire are available.
